About WellOfNess

Who’s behind this

Hi. WellOfNess is run by one person: a long-time software engineer and lifelong health enthusiast. I’m always looking for good supplements and natural tools that help the body stay well in a modern environment full of pollution, and chemicals in our food and water.

What I use myself, for context rather than as a recommendation:

Why WellOfNess exists

WellOfNess is where I collect what I learn about herbs, supplements, natural protocols, and the products and services I’d recommend for different situations. I built it as an information hub for myself first. I’d love for you to learn something here, try something, and benefit from the healing that nature, and other people, have to offer.

How MasterPeace came into this

It started when I was looking for a good heavy-metal detox supplement for my father, after months of chemotherapy. I came across MasterPeace and decided to try it on myself first. I was surprised by what I felt: a sense of a cleansing process running through my head and body. My father described something similar when he tried it.

That is personal experience, not evidence. MasterPeace is not a cancer treatment, and my father’s care was in his doctors’ hands. For what the research does and doesn’t show, see the MasterPeace research page and the Detox hub.

Later I talked with MasterPeace’s owner about rebuilding his old, broken website. Someone else in the US ended up doing that, but I still wanted to help get the word out. So I built this site, with curated content, research and videos about MasterPeace, and grew it into a broader wellness hub.

How the articles are made

The articles on WellOfNess are researched and drafted with AI-assisted writing tools. They’re built from primary sources: the FDA, NIH, CDC, EPA, and peer-reviewed studies. Each one is checked against those sources before it’s published, and each lists its sources at the end. Product brands appear as examples of a category, not as endorsements. If something looks wrong, I want to fix it.
